Awareness
To raise awareness on Gender Equality and Equity among target audiences so as to enhance knowledge and information, spawn behavioural change and increase support, assistance and capacity from stakeholders, especially the menfolk to mainstream gender at all walks of life.
Capacity Building
To build capacity and enhance expertise, skills and ability of individual, institutions, groups and organisations to address Gender Equality in a sustainable and transformative manner.
Advocay
To advocate for changes in perceptions, policies and practices pertaining to gender-based discrimination and structural barriers hindering women from assuming their productive, reproductive and community roles, and promoting increased participation and representation of men in the process of gender mainstreaming at all levels.
Partnership
To establish strategic Gender Equality development partners, empowering them to advocate for Gender Equality through shared work on programming, communications, and advocacy, leveraging mutual expertise to focus coordinated efforts on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment through increased involvement of men.
Resource Mobilisation
To mobilise and manage resources, both local and international, and ensure their equal and equitable access and benefits for both men and women to contribute to Gender Equality and sustainable development.
